Very true John, my R.O. days were so long ago tho that the biggest threat to a speeding ticket was getting caught by a traffic BiB

Those were the days, do I try and outrun him or put my hands up? (only kidding).

We are hoping to make this a great show, for a good charity. The Air Ambulance.
It would be nice to see a good turn out from the Piston heads. have interest from quiet a few people but Sarah is getting worried that nobody is phoning to book in, She promises that it will be sunny.honest.

Did you try and tout any business up at the wings and wheels show? How is it going anyway as I am looking forward to coming to this after we come back from holiday.

Been handing out leaflets at a few local shows , quiet a few cars booked in over seventy at the moment, but we were hoping for a lot more, as Crankedup has said before there will probably be a last minute flurry. not many people like to commit to far ahead.
Should be a good day whatever, hopefully summer will be here by then.

Steve,

Still got this one in my diary as a possible. Like a lot of people I will make a final decision once the weather is known. I will phone today to add myself to the list, and then hope for some good weather. Is there any cost for entry?

Easy. Just look for the glittering golden cockerel high in the sky and home in on it!

Is that the forecast for under the clouds or over them?

Sorry if my sense of humour fell on stony ground. The cockerel is on the top of church spire. The playing field is next to it.

I was wracking my brain looking for the joke/pun on the cockerel in the sky! My keeping chickens complicated matters too. Now I understand
See you all there.
