I had a great day

Glad to meet a few more people, even if I didn't get the chance to talk all the new faces, I will speak to you next time I see you

Thats certainly one of the best turnouts I've seen at a PHEA pub meet and it was nice just to have a catch up, chill and chat.

Maybe I'll bring the Freelander in September, Harley
She is rather loud for a 100% stock 4x4.... and I was "kinda" nailing it How far away until you guys stopped hearing the V6 I wonder

See you all again soon!

Darren

Well, it was our first PHEA meet and what a good start! I learnt a few things too - ie. no matter how much you try, repeatedly pressing the cigarette lighter definitely won't let you out of a Chimaera (crisp500) & apparently boy racer wheels are acceptable on a Chimaera (), Freelanders are contenders too (V6 power!) and no matter how much you try, even leaving the keys in it, nobody wants a VX220.

Well what can I say, what a turn out!! Thanks to everyone who came yesterday, I,m sure that we more than made up for last month in the Landlords eyes.

Good to put some more faces to names. Hope to see you all again at the September meet, or Helmingham next Sunday (for those booked), or Rougham on the 20th (still spaces).

Good turn out and great food. The rump steak was particularly good!

Thank you Ian for organising a good lunch out...without wanting to be controversial, I didn't think the Gardeners roast lunch was quite up to the FF "Beef Feast" standards but the rest was more personal and very enjoyable!

Lots of TVRs...probably more than the factory has sold this year!

Hope to see some of you next week at Helmingham...I will be the one eating the cream tea...hopefuly with a shiny Griff!

I'm not sure Mum would approve any exhaust modifications

Fortunately, Mum never watches me exiting the drive
