I'm usually pretty good at spotting policeman, but "my" guy was properly hiding

And therefore in breach of ACPO guidelines - they should not 'hide' but be clearly visible. However, when it comes to the courts, the motorist is bottom of the food chain...

banghead Exactly....who would the courts believe - policeman or the a civilian.

I tried queried this avenue to attempt to nullify my case, but I was told I couldn't prove this.

I've heard about these nifty garage door openers

Trouble is VASCAR emits no signals - the guys times you between two points, by watching you and pressing a button twice. They just don't play the game, right hehe

It is, of course, an impossible proof. How can you take a photo of someone hiding, especially while you're driving a car? But as V6 EOL says, they are only guidelines, and can therefore be ignored, which makes you wonder why they bothered inventing them in the first place...
