Website should be ready by mid next week. Just fine tuning it... Either way - The Track Days are on and the website is just an admin tool so you'll all have over a month to fill out a few online forms and then you're in smile

I know the counter says 11 days but it'll be sorted by next week smile

Any noise limits? Can't imagine a car can be louder than a jet!?

My big black Opel Evo is getting attention this time, too.

But I'm bringing the Holden Commodore instead, glad to have another couple of hundred horsepower at least.

As for noise. . . . Yes 105db is the limit but in reality, , As long as your car's exhaust system is neither unsilenced or damaged then a degree of common sense is used.. If your car stands out as very very loud then you will be picked out but it takes a lot to stand out at this event. The last cars to cause issues was an unsilenced side exit Evo and a drag prepped Chevette.

I imagine that helmets are mandatory, do they get anyone in who hires them out?

I wouldn't be wanting to do 160mph with my head stuck in someone else's helmet !

How big is your head (seriously smile)?

I have an XL full face helmet that I can donate if you like - long story but I have more helmets than I can accomodate at the moment.

It's most definitely a 'one careful owner' helmet.

No Frogeye there this time as I seem to remember that I've got a prior arrangment that weekend. Oh yes I'm getting married. So I'll see you at the one later in the year all being well. Have fun.

Website now up and running! Haven't fully gone through the registration process yet though.

So far I can only see options for car and single driver on either or both days. I guess extra drivers and/or support vehicles happen further along once the main person is booked-in?

Ye, You won't see the option to book extra cars and passengers on until we have given you a login (about 24hrs or quicker)

Support vehicles will have to be booked on though with the cost etc etc.

If you are towing a car on then please enter the details of the car you will be sat in when you rock up to the gate (the car on the back will be a given. I will be on the gate and I need to check you through the gate.

If you plan on bringing a car transporter on to camp (Has happened) then you need to book the lorry on and then one of the cars on the back will be free but you must then pay for the remaining cars. If that makes sense. It's so I know that you're arriving in a lorry but have paid for all the cars on the back (I know you'll not be taking the lorry on track smile)

The main party leader (Driver) needs to book all of their passengers/drivers on. max of 3 extra (Main party leader +3 = car full = 4)

No under 16s on to the event. Sorry.

Please have your IDs ready. No stopping to unload your boot!

YOU AND YOUR PASSENGERS MUST HAVE PHOTO ID!! passport/driving licence/forces card/warrant card. No blockbuster cards! Please get a photo driving licence if you don't have any form of photo ID . It's 2011 people!

Hope that helps for now.

Actually whilst I'm here does anyone know whether it's permitted to fiddle with your motor at Marham? I'm not talking wholesale mechanical changes but being allowed to hook the laptop up to fine tune would be handy, but I've been to track days before where this kind of activity was specifically forbidden on insurance grounds. Is this the case here also?

TIA!
