Such a cool car. Had the top down at 100km/h and could still carry out a conversation (except when passing trucks), and the owners hat didn't even fly off.

Mind you, that's the first time i've been in a convertible car.

hehe

Yeah thats pretty normal, you can do that in an MX5 as well.

SLS is a sweet looking car though and might just have a performance edge over an MX5. wink

That's all I can think of for now. Sadly my daily driver doesn't warrant being on the list (Mk5 Golf GTI) and my classic car is a Triumph Spitfire I bought as an unfinished project and have never driven yet!

I had my Spitfire for about five years when I was a student from around 1987 to 1991. It was a 1979 and had fist-sized rust holes in the sills already when I bought it in 1987 at the ripe old age of 7 years... smile They don't make them like they used to (luckily).

Yes luckily the body of mine has been completely re-done. As far as I can see it is rust free now!

Very nice Simon. Bet you're happy to have finished it. thumbup

At least with the window shield it won't be as windy and cold as it was for you in the Atom. smile
