I'm in the process of setting up s new business refurbishing Chimaeras, Griffs and Tuscans from the late 90s onwards....I have one already done for sale on PH UK, but if I were to try and launch the idea in NZ (where I think there's high interest), where might I advertise please? I will source the donor car, get all the work done and handle transport to NZ.

PS I'm assuming that Rover V8s are easily serviced in NZ? All the other bits are pretty standard.

Interest yes, people who'll buy - hmmmmmm.
There can be a lot of work involved in importing a car into NZ - don't want to seem rude, but I'm guessing you know about cars needing to be checked for rust on entry and Special interest vehicles etc etc.

Trade me is the best for sales. There is quite a lot of interest, I know of three people looking including myself (Christchurch). Yes the odd car for sale, ex Japan.

What about NZ emissions/safety regs/certification?

I had the idea 10 years ago to take my Griff to NZ, do the Vero Rally, then sell it for a profit, then back to the UK, buy another Griff, rinse and repeat... but never did it.
