Filled the car this morning - 99.9 a litre.

Passed a BP on the way to work - 102.9 a litre.

On the way home, same BP, 129.9 a litre.

Here in UK I'm paying $2.11 AUD for 98 Ron to keep my Vauxhall VXR8 happy (VE R8 Clubsport to you guys).
6.2 litres ain't what you wanna be running in the UK!
My average weekly fuel spend is $313.43AUD (daily driver)
Stuck $6000 AUD in the tank in last 137 days...
...and love every minute of it!

Got Holden in my blood beer

I've a GTS .. and 98 jumps between $144.9 (last Tuesday) and $121.9 (this Tuesday). so it's not a huge difference.

At $144.9 against $2.11, you are still getting 1.46 times more fuel for your dollar. If someone offered me that much more fuel for nothing in the UK; I'd be a very happy bunny indeed. driving

Seriously, would you call a $1000 wage "not a huge difference" compared to a $1460 wage? Not sure I'd agree with your calculations but each to their own.

20000miles in 20mobths in my GTS, I don't bother working out what it costs me here in the UK. Age rating about 15mpg I think. Get plenty of smiles per gallon though biggrin

Just wanted to point out that the 99c is usually the 91 RON stuff. We are cheap, but no where near the middle east / USA prices.

News says prices are going to be at a low again tomorrow in Perth, 96.4 (usual 91 discounted I expect).
