The 10 km/h margin is gone around schools and I won't complain about that. Off peak on the Northern Motorway however

Definitely agreed. My qualm was the bully boy attitude of the police officer towards a pregnant female who had admitted the speeding offence and been polite throughout.

I agree the attitude was less than professional, or even civil, but despite my propensity for using this smilie . . . I've never found beating my head against a concrete block wall actually improves of fixes anything.
I personally wouldn't even pay a ticket for 104kmph but that's just me. Taking into account speedo error and tyre wear or incorrect tyre size etc 4km IMO is not fair. My satnav shows my Holdens speedo is out by around 3km. It annoys me as I find the harder I try to watch my speed on the speedo the less I am watching the road.

Hahaha. It looks a bit like a stealth bomber. To be honest I don't personally run radar detectors. I "try" not to speed and if I do and get done then I just take it on the chin. My last one (about 3 years ago) was for 118kmph on a passing lane. I was running late and had deliberately kept under 120km but a mufti got me. I was busted 7 years ago for just under 200kmph and ended up in court and the dom post etc so keep my speeding to the tracks now or Rimituka's, Waiarapa, Pikok Hill etc where it's fast but not illegal.
If I was to use techology I'd use jammers up front and a V1. From what I've heard within P-circles (that's cars) they're the go.
