*** Essex Breakfast Meet Saturday 10th August *****
Discussion
Enjoyed that - nice folk, nice cars and a nice breakfast too!!
A special thanks to Andy and Brad - The LP is stunning, good job I had short hair!!!
The Granturismo is the best orchestra on the road, what a soundtrack!!
That Scooby is a weapon Frayz!!!
My Carl's DC5 is bloody quiet in comparison to some of those motors.
Look forward to more in the future.

Nice gathering of friendly faces, lovely metal and breaky.
Even took a blat through Goldhanger, Tollesbury, Tiptree on the way back.
Couldn't help it, was just loving the car this morning.

Took a rather circuitous route home myself funnily enough.
I love The Bomber, absolutely love it. I get all pissy and excited when Frayz revs it and I get a very strong urge to shout "Can I sit in it Frayz, please, oh please let me sit in it!!"
It has a very strange affect on me.
Great meet again, cheers Ken. Good to see Carl again.
All in all a very civilised way to spend the morning (and really enjoyed the slightly less civilised hoon with Carl junior trying to hang on to Andy in the Maser!)
Hello guys,
Carl Jnr. here, just popped on to say it was nice meeting you all. There were some lovely motors on show.
Thanks to Brad for taking me out in his LP-560. That made my year! Much appreciated, bud.
Also, I had no idea there was a meet today, or that I would be meeting Brad at Sainsbury's! To say I was surprised when I pulled into the 'horseshoe' car park is an understatement.
Brilliant.

I'm using the cockney definition of pissy Rob, i.e. Getting all silly and squealing like a little girl.
No shame in that.
Mind you, I am fast approaching 'prostrate problem' age so who knows? I'll be sure to call you if I need it checked out!

No problem at all Carl, glad you enjoyed it. Next time I'll try to get above 6,000 revs!Carl Jnr. here, just popped on to say it was nice meeting you all. There were some lovely motors on show.

Well my favourite meet came up trumps again!
Two miles from my home and I can drool over several Ferraris,a gorgeous Lambo,a V-Tec engined Mini,an Ultima,a Classic Aston,an amazingly tricked up Subaru,a lovely NSX,a classic 930 Turbo,a totally restored Mexico, another MK1 Escort with a rallying history, a couple of TVR's,an Integrale, tricked up GT4,a couple of lovely Integra's,a proper s'charged HSV, and God knows what else, all in good friendly company.
Again, it was a pleasure to meet you all.
It's also the first time I've managed to grow a beard while waiting for my breakfast!
