Recommend a builder - Leigh On Sea

Afternoon all,

Can any of my fellow Essex PH members recommend a builder for a job in Leigh On Sea? Looking at a 1st floor flat which needs a load of re-pointing to the external brickwork and rectifying a few localised areas of penetrating damp. The guttering is knackered and over the years the rain water has washed over the brickwork. Also, the downpipe for the guttering goes into a drain in which a tree has grown (cut down to a stump) completely blocking it, so the drive is going to have to come up to see how far the roots etc go into the drainage system.

Would appreciate any recommendations rather than leave it to chance.
