Conveyancing Solicitor in North Kent

[Rochester TVR]

We are buying a house near Rochester and need to find a Solicitor, ideally local so we can drop off / pick up paperwork.

Does anyone have any recommendations of a good one?

Andrew Lee in Maidstone. Our family has used them on a number of occasions, they were excellent in every way and very competitive

Raymond Beer & Co. in Chatham come highly recommended. We started off using them for our house purchase in Wainscott, but had to change to one of our mortgage approved solicitors part way through the process.

Whilst we were talking with them though, Raymond Beer were very accommodating and helpful.
