Please can some one help bought a merc sprinter recovery truck 5 tonne gross it is on Southern Ireland plates need to register it over here and get a vosa test have tied to sort it but forms keep coming back to me driving me mad my question is this is there anyone in the Essex area who knows how to do this I can pay to sort out for me I bought it in this country ,ya thanks in advance
