The Hare, Roxwell - Season starts Saturday 4th April
Discussion
I will be up for the Hare meet if I have my car back. To be fair to the owner following the 'issue' last year he did come on here to try and sort things out and I know various solutions were discussed about possibly of a blend of reserved spaces for exotic machinery and first come first served spaces.
I would be happy to give the meet another go as I do like the variety of cars at the meet. Funnily enough I think last year two of the biggest crowd pullers were the mint condition Fiesta XR2 and the model T Ford. I am hoping to see the Moslar again this year, what a machine!

These meets are superb and regularly attract a better mix of cars than organised car shows. The issues people have had have only come up because of the popularity of the meets and they're popular, because theyre bloody good.

Is there a meet/convoy to The Hare from Progress Road again?
The progress road convoy is normally to the other breakfast meet, this one, which is next week :http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
I'm not sure if i'm going to the Hare tomorrow, the weather forecast is crap and we got the other meet next week, so will just keep fingers crossed for good weather then.

Yep, great social morning out. Freezing cold and bloody miserable but still the die hard petrol heads made it along in everything from an LP640 to an escort Cossie.
Had a long chat with Gary, the pub owner and a new format looking for next month. Keep your eyes peeled.
