Pitched. Quite complex roof on several different age extensions. Made of 1930's clay tiles which are still available, one or two of which have cracked and dislodged. Looks like I need undercloak on the old part of the roof (none there atm) and the verges remaking as well as the valleys repointing - there have been minor leaks in the past and some twunt has squdged some expanding foam in one or two of the gaps in the pointing to stop them. Leadwork on the chimney stack isn't very pretty either.
