Hi All,

Hoping to look at a house tomorrow. It's a five minute walk from Elm Park station down a quiet road and is a reasonable 10-15 minutes drive to the M25.

Anyone live in the area? Have any good news, or bad news?

We both commute by train at the moment. Wondering if you can get a seat in the morning, or is the train already packed?

Thanks

You'll be close enough to Upminster to get a seat on the district line every morning biggrin

Not too bad a place to be - more reasonably priced than Hornchurch - A13 close by - its arguably nicer/quieter but a little more expensive than Rainham/Dagenham but less than Romford/Hornchurch. District line is a plus - go from Elm Park station to Upminster and you can take main line in to Fenchurch St (12/15 minutes) or push-pull branch line to Romford and Liverpool St/East coast main line/new Cross Rail link.

Thanks all. The house sold to the first viewer. Liked the area though.
