Several cars by the roadside with flat tyres between the Tesco and St Johns roundabout including me around 11am this morning

Running on the rim within a couple of seconds and before I could stop so tyre almost certainly ruined.

There was a Police warning before Xmas that roads in Essex were being targeted.

Either that or some builder has left his van open!

Couldn't see anything reason when I changed the wheel but going to the tyre monkeys later today so will see what occurred. I'm guessing the tyre is toast as it lost pressure like it'd been slashed.

There was something similar happening in Tiptree in the lead up to Xmas - concrete blocks & such being dumped in one of the roads.

Turns out there was a clean cut right through the tread about the length of a Stanley knife blade. Nice.
Also turns out I had a lifetime warranty on the tyres that I knew nothing about so got a new one for free. Which actually is nice.
