Accifent Keston lights near Bromley last week

Just found out a friend of mine was hit at a set of lights at a junction at the Keston lights (aka the Keston mark). Car drove off after hitting her from behind.
Car was a navy blue Astra reg number H464 didn't get the rest.
Just wondering if anybody in the area of Biggin Hill, Keston, Bromley, that sort of area had seen an old blue Astra knocking around or could keep their eyes peeled - can't be many around !!
You might see it parked up somewhere.
Apparantly the front bumper was left behind but no number plate so somebody must have been driving around with a number plate in the window.

Yes, navy blue she said. Hit from behind coming from Biggin Hill way going towards Bromley common. Don't know exact date (yet) but happened sometime week beginning the 14th March during the week.
Only thong would be to hopefully find/identify the Astra - must be dodgy as why else would you run ?
