Recommend an interior/exterior mobile repairer

I have a lease vehicle soon to be returned and another car that I am looking to sell on that needs minor work doing on both.. Across the two cars there are a few light key marks near door handles, scratch on chrome seat leaver, minor seat repair, alloy wheels refurb/touch up..
Can anyone recommend a place that can travel to Hornchurch/Romford before I phone the local Chipsaway guy etc.? I would prefer mobile for connivence as I have two cars to fix and logistics of getting them both to the same place on the same day is a pain.. But I would consider taking cars somewhere if highly recommended.
On a side note, when I bought the car it had tinted windows which I have since removed the film but now I can see quite a few light scratches on the windows (only the front sides) , this is on the outside of the windows (not inside where I took the film off) and you can just about feel them with a finger nail. Any ideas what would have caused this?
