Speed cameras - M25 junction 3 anti-clockwise

In the past month or 2 I have noticed these flash very regularly especially as this is where the traffic starts to slow for junction 2 and the Dartford Crossing. Even though the traffic is flowing well, there are often signs saying '60', '50' or '40'.

Has anybody received a ticket after going under the gantry at more than the indicated speed? It has flashed whilst I have gone under the gantry but I don't have a clue if it was me who set it off as there are normally other cars doing a similar speed!!

No idea, but I'm in the same position.. Have been flashed twice by the camera there with a speed limit posted at 60 as I approached, but with changing to 50 as I got closer still - Traffic was flowing well on that particular stretch, so no idea why the speed limit dropped.
