I wont be there this week chaps. I was an innocent party in a v.nasty accident on the A414, Saturday afternoon. T boned in my drivers door by a Mini One at 60mph takes the wind out of you.

If you want to see some nasty burns and bruises, pop into Woodham afterwards. £1 a peek

Gutted, would have loved to come to this but only just seen it thanks to checking my pm's on the RS4 forum. Maybe next time - ill either be down in an RS4 or a single turbo supra.
Look forward to meeting you all.

Only a few of us PH'ers last night. Good to meet Andy (Noble) and Graham(Subaru)for the first time. The Scoobies were out in force though..good on em.

There is something sureal about looking at cars in the dark 'cause you cant actually see muchconfused. Its always good to meet up an have a chat though.

Sorry for my no show - I got way-laid in the City. I was in no fit state to drive by the time I was on my way home...

Getting the car MOT'd this weekend so hopefully it will be driveable for the next meeting. I'm anticipating problems getting through the emissions tests however - I'll whip the lid off the airbox prior to the test (apparently this helped it to scrape through last year)

Elms - sorry to hear about your accident, be grateful for small mercies - it sounds as though it could have been a lot worse.

A slightly smaller turnout than the last one I went to biggrin Russ, I really wanted to look over your car but the best I could manage was a quick shoofty when I drove past - it was pitch black in that car park!

Good to meet you all beer

I was in the Dominican Republic on the 20th, but i'll be going to the next one.

Does it not put a dampener on things that its now dark at 7pm?

Would it not be better to move the meet to a saturday/sunday afternoon maybe?

Or ask The Lodge to install lights in the car park spin

A weekend daytime meet would certainly make more sense imho.
