As hugh mentioned these have to be done early. Passing opportunities are very few. More than one vehicle in front at any time and you're stuffed.

The circuit from Rye to Camber and out to Lydd is a fantastic if rather bumpy set of twisties, then North to Brenzett where you can either go back to Rye along the A269, or straight across the roundabout and back round along the aforementioned Military Canal road which has a number of very regular s bends.
Early mornings and evenings are best as always.
No plod on any of this. Be careful on the road from Brenzett to Ashford though. Often a mobile trap on there, and it's a very fast and tempting road at times.
Good chippy at Rye too.
I couldn't agree more - love that route. I am a field engineer and chose my M3 as it is the most perfect car to hoon around the most spectacular Kent roads. Spend 90% of my time in Kent (live here to) and to be paid to drive around here is superb!!Early mornings and evenings are best as always.

Camber to Lydd is a favorite of mine too, road surface has a lot to be desired though, especially if you have uprated suspension.Early mornings and evenings are best as always.

From Hythe/Westenhanger to Tenterden cross-country can be twisty in places along the B2067, it can be a bit narrow too but it's still another favorite.
The road tunnel that burrows its way through the White Cliffs and gives you access to Samphire Hoe just West of Dover. Access is by means of a funny little slip road off the Northbound M20.
So it's a single bore tunnel, I'm guessing at 1/2 mile long, which is traffic-light controlled so you don't meet anyone coming in the opposite direction. I'm convinced it was designed with input from TVR engineers. The forecast is good for this weekend so I'll be down there.

Another vote for the A264 out of Tunbridge Wells! My girlfriend lives down in Horsham, nr Brighton, and I live north of Maidstone, so whenever I'm leaving hers quite late I'll take the A roads back and that has to be one of my favourites.
Also, the A251 out of Faversham into Ashford is quite a nice road, don't often get a clear run down it though!

Stone street fom m20 j11 straight through into canterbury.Has to be one of the best in kent.
That's just a straight road Massive accident blackspot because chavs treat it as a top speed challenge and get caught out by uneven camber around junctions. Sadly there have been a few fatalities along there

North of Maidstone??! Too ashamed to speaketh of where you live??! Yep, that's the isle of sheppey
The road from Canterbury through to Challock, just after the turning to Ashford and pre 50mph limit. Lovely series of bends take you past Chilham onto a straight with a fast(ish) left hander and then on your way to Challock.
The Elham valley road has some nice bits and if you follow it to its end, through Lyminge and then to the roundabout which gets you to the M20/Channel Tunnel, take the 2nd exit heading towards the Hythe/Sellinge road for some "interesting" corners and a crest that'll test your dampers.
The Alham valley road is also pretty good but like so many road these days only at 5:00am on Sunday morning.
