Best road in Kent no contest Maidstone one way system - so bad its good smile
I couldnt agree more some times i can hit 2, 3 miles an hour only if its quiet though.

best rds Maidstone to Hastings some nice twists up down to Hawkhurst, then avoid the A21 and head for selinge past bodiam gerat rd
Yes the Seddlescomb Road - I once raced a beat a Westfield type kit car down that road in my 2.6 Starion Turbo. - a 3 figure overtake on the dead straight part - lovely smile
Methinks a 3-figure straight line drag race isn't playing to a 7's strengths...wink
I was just coming out of Hastings and pulled off the A21 and into Seddlescomb when he pissed past me so I gave chase for the next 5 miles and caught it after 3.

All those that put the A28 to Tenterden on there route, could you please go quietly past my house at 6am on a Sunday morning, and stop crashing on the corner just after the Royal Spice, the hedge is starting to look like swiss cheese!

On a lighter note, if you do this road at the week end, Sunday mornings in particular, the scammera van sits in Bethersden village, so observe the limit, or the government will get your cash.

Indeed you are. I think I saw you posing at the weekend (saturday I think) going round the roundabout by the Wheatsheaf.

Another vote for the A264 out of Tunbridge Wells! My girlfriend lives down in Horsham, nr Brighton, and I live north of Maidstone, so whenever I'm leaving hers quite late I'll take the A roads back and that has to be one of my favourites.

Also, the A251 out of Faversham into Ashford is quite a nice road, don't often get a clear run down it though!

North of Maidstone??! Too ashamed to speaketh of where you live??! Yep, that's the isle of sheppey yes

laughshoot You're lucky I don't report your post for that kind of language! I'll have you know I'm from a much better area of Kent! Sittingbourne! biggrin
Which side?

I am over on the Eden Village estate, the "right" side of town, hehe
I live in Sittingbourne too now. Kemsley.
