The locals all wanted Waitrose, Marks & Spencers or Saisnburys. Developers, Rouse Kent, the biggest bunch of tosssers on the planet, chose Asda and no doubt increased their pension fund at the same time! Excellent for the old Carbon Footprint (NOT) because all the Pikeys come onto the estate to do their shopin, whilst the residence only use it as a corner shop and then go off to Waitrose, Tescos, Sainsburys etc to do their shopping. Daft...well that just about sums up what Rouse Kent do for the estate.That's about right. Locals want Waitrose or M&S, but we get Asda with just about the worst food around 
So the shoppers at Asda are 90% external, or else the lunchtime commercial crowd for sandwiches etc.

Thanks mate Nope, floor's not heated, but the garage is dehumidified
The floor is solid resin on concrete. Let me know if you want details of the company that did the floor.
