Got caught down a12 between witham and kelvedon doing 105mph about year and a half ago, hired the legal beagles and managed to get away with £400 fine and 5 points, my best mate did the same 6 months later at 99mph and got £500 fine and 6 points, depends on the judge im afraid buddy...

However i would say this, my friend didnt have legal representation and i did, i truely believe without them at my speed i was looking at a certain ban, it'll cost you in the short term but what i saved long term in insurance costs outweighed this. I was only 22 at the time so would have had to say goodbye to my car, no insurance was going to touch me with a driving ban (i rang around to enquire)

There are 2 Silver 55 reg BMW 5 series around Chelmsford and A130/A12 all the time.

Best way to tell its them all the towing eye covers are missing,front and rear.
They are also SE spec but alot lower than a normal one.

Was on the A130 Boxing day, usual silver bmw's aswell as a black estate with two uniformed officers inside, high vis jackets, close call!! Not sure of the make & model though sorry
