Garages / units to rent in the swale area preferably

As per the title, I'm looking into the possibilty of renting somewhere for a few months minimum to build a Locost kitcar (saves doing it on the drive / garden etc)

If anyone knows or has anything that they are willing to rent at a cheapish rate I would be glad to hear
