They were great to look at as you said - however "niggly" was a bit of an understatement. That, combined with a ludicrous price tag for the performance (of the lower models) meant it was a disaster.

I think it was this Sunbeam Lotus (or else it was identical) going through Penshurst last night.  Straight after, saw a Morgan +4, a Spitfire and a couple of MX5s so I guess there was some sort event going on

Red Renault Alpine spotted (and heard) going through Chelsfield up to the M25 last Sunday - sounded really good !!

Saw a PH hero MX5 Mk1 today in red, looked like it had been lowered, had a roll cage, and flared arches. Car was on Croydon Rd Bromley

Spotted some of the PHers from this section in France, just south of Lyon. Anyone recognise the cars? The 3 silver 911's are ours.  We spoke for a while, great bunch of guys and great cars.

to the guy in a Black 03 Cliosport this morning, you need to get your OSR looked at mate. The back wheel was bouncing up and down like a good un.
also saw (although not quite kent) a nice orange Evora in the Blackwall Tunnel and a new M5. Huge but i want one.

Gorgeous silver VX220, black wheels, V removed so pretty much exactly like mine  Spotted on A2 between Brenoey Corner roundabout and Faversham yesterday morning. Possibly Andysx? Unfortunately I was in SWMBOS Polo at the time.
