Friday - on it's way into Billericay, a red F40 with the plate F40CAR - first I've ever seen on the road and it was awesome.

This Yellow beast passed me and was sounding fantastic. Stopped in Tollgate Sainsbury and it was parked in the store car park.

Is that a Supersport, as it looks to have the wider rear turbo arches?
Someone with a better developed Porsche beard than me may be able to help clarify, but I had always thought that all M491 Supersports had the "tea tray" rear wing from the 3.3 Turbo, rather than the "whale tail" sported by this car?

Bizarre one in Maidstone today.

A furry Volvo V70.
Must be something on yesterday - as I was leaving Maidstone I saw a VW Scirocco done up to look like the Delorean from Back to the Future heading towards the motorway.

Yesterday on chevening road near Sevenoaks, saw a red e21 BMW 3er on polished deep dish wheels with "respect your elders" sticker in the rear window.

Saw it at the PH SE meet a couple of weeks ago!

Good point, didn't notice that. My dad used to have a Guards Red Supersport Targa so should have spotted that.

That's exactly, the point of reference I used, as it happens...smile

(albeit presumably not the same actual car, unless by a huge coincidence your father happened to sell his one 22 years ago via Bramley Motor Cars...)

Don't want to take this off topic but couldn't email you through PH. Dad sold his in 1998 and the car is now on about 65,000 as I understand it.

My fathers was a 1987 on a D plate

F430 near the stadium in Colchester this lunchtime. Also had a play with a wide-bodied 997 Northbound on the A12 - love the stance of those things.

New shape Civic Type R on Gravesend Road (A226) through Higham in white, with trade plates. Suspect it's the G&M Motors demo car. Looked better in the flesh than the pictures.
