My crappy old phone doesn't do the colour (or anything) justice, it was a very striking light orange, especially when the sun was on it.

I thought the colour was great, I even liked it on that car to be honest!

It had my colleagues and I pressed up against our office window for a few minutes.

3 spots today.

First was a black E-Type Jag in Rayleigh high street around 10.45 and the second was a VW Passat with a smilie on the back heading past Halfords at Rayleigh Weir just after. Then a orange Mclaren on Waterhouse lane in Chelmsford around 2.30pm.

Another spot today, black clio sport with a smilie on the back window, spotted at the army and navy roundabout in Chelmsford.

Let out a lovely RS6 estate going through Littlebourne which I followed for a while, shame it had a dodgy plate on it though!

Another "resting" XJ-S - a red coupe, opposite a hotel on Aviation Way in Southend earlier today & then a little later a TVR Griffith on the southbound A130, circa 12:15.

Westbound A13, 7pm tonight, Five Bells turn off. Lime green Focus, either a wrap or respray. Couldn't work out if it was an ST or RS. Either way it looked ace!

Spotted that yellow Clio Sport with the smiley again today about an hour ago - along with a new Alfa Guilia.

However, I think the best spot today was a black Porsche 918 in Bromley! Amazing seeing one of those things on the road.

Red 1750 Alfa GT and an Aston Vanquish in the southbound A130, circa 15:00 today and a blue MkIV Cortina in Chelmsford a little later on.

Didn't think I'd ever see one "in the wild" but there it was, casually cruising past just outside Bromley earlier today.


Edit to add - I did actually capture it on dashcam, and tried to catch up with it after the lights - but a sodding Nissan Note got in the way and spoilt my view haha

I forgot to add that I saw it again yesterday heading up towards Keston - roof off. Excellent looking car!
