I used to go to the Subaru meet but don't feel comfotable going anymore. Change of venue is great from my point of view.

I used to be an active member of the ESC. However I had a falling out with a couple of them and ended up walking away from the whole thing. Shame really as 99% of them are great people. A few are members on here.

I tried to have a wander round the proper cars when I went to the Lodge and say hello. Never have been too forward in coming forward though.

When the Essex meets started a few years back it was handy joining in with the Scoobies - as it boosted general numbers of cars to look at.

The Essex meets I think are successful in their own right now, especially in summer, so it makes sense to separate from the ESC evening IMO.

If people are interested in other Essex based driving events & meets - just speak to me or HVAC Matt - we will let you know what else is planned.
