Guaranteeing a specific car when renting in the US (Orlando)

Apologies if this has been done to death before on here, but....
If I must take my family to Disney etc next year, I'm going to get myself something to ease the pain. Quite fancy a hemi so thinking of a Dodge Challenger, probably an R/T.
Problem is, sounds like you get to choose from a 'category' only...so as I understand it from my travel agent I could end up with something else entirely. Any advice on overcoming this? Any specific companies etc?

Last three years I've had a Challenger, A Camaro SS and the best of of the lot....
