Nice sunny day out today, getting back from one of my classes when i spot a TVR wedge (some sort of convertible...could only get a very fleeting glimpse.
Really shocked as you can imagine as living in a small college town i never get to see any of the goodd stuff.
This was in Urbana-Champaign in Illinois, so if its someone whos on here...Good job!

I saw one in the Schaumburg, IL area about 5 years ago. It too was a wedge. I've never seen it since.

When I was in my early teens one of my classmate's father owned 2 TVRs. They are to this day the only ones I've seen in the U.S.

Strange, in my town there are about 25 tvr's. I live in a place in Holland.

Just for information, I saw a TVR280i Convertable (Wedge) down in the Florida Keys.
I drove down to Key West earlier this year and spotted it on my way back to Miami.
Had a chat with the owner who has got a 3,5 litre V8 for it.
Unfortunately the car got flooded out during a storm and so suffered a lot from the salt water.
Great pity coz it looked good and had only done about 25k miles.
Got a couple of photo's but dont know how to post them.

Mike: I think I got to go to the eye doctor. I see one on top of another in my garage and 1 in the driveway. Sorry no Dr. appointment needed... I remember buying a car stacker.. You know where I live.
