Tunnels are about noise so cameras should be no problem.
Italys good for high speed tunnels!

Unless you plan on revving the nuts off of your car in neutral then Cameras are a problem.....

Just use a pace car. As long as they stick to the speed limit and you are following them past both cameras you can do what you like through the tunnel
