I drove past it on Thursday on the way to Goodwood and there was a lot of work still going on around the entrance to the tunnel and on the road leading to it.

I join the A3 Southbound at Spaniard Junction every morning, noticed this morning that they've moved the cones, so from the new roundabout at Hazel Grove down to just past the Canadian Memorial traffic is now in L1 rather than L2.

Maybe they're not announcing a date/time to MOP so that people aren't queued up trying to be first though..

Right, i spoke with to somebody at the tunnel and they said they thought it was going to open tommorrow and sunday, and then shut one tunnel overnight to try and fix the problems.......

The board still says 1 day left ..............


However, i found out this salvo that we've been cancelled for tommorrow as there is a problem and it won't be before the 12th..........

I won't say what the problem is, just that they maybe looking for a new sparky!!!!

When's the first tunnel run planned? A few loops between Thursley and Bramshott can't be a bad thing.

Now I've been told the 20th of this month.

I did see 3 Police cars up that area when I went for a drive there around 10:30am.. Reckon they also wanted to get in on the tunnel action?
