Hi guys, does anyone know of a place that can retrim my Clio 182 steering wheel near Wokingham? I tried Trimmania in Wokingham and they want £300+VAT for a retrim, the local dealers want £390 for a new wheel and TBH I find both a bit steep.
Any other suggestions?

Omg that is insane! I hate to say it but my friends dad is the owner of trimania and his prices are crazy now. It's properly more the fact that he didn't want to do it as he see's it as a fiderly job. I now use Hampshire trimmers for all my clients super cars and he just retrimmed my seats in my 2011 caddy sportline. His work is floor less. I will get a picture up of my seats in a min, they are perfect. So search hampshire trimmers. He's based in Southampton but is up in Wokingham and reading all the time.

Hi Rob. Give these guys a call - http://www.moto-build.co.uk/trim.cfm (based in Egham) I had a tonneau (designed from scratch) and fitted by them and it is excellent. They do all sorts of trimming. Worth a try. HTH. Jon

http://royalsteeringwheels.com/These guys were recommended earlier this month in the general gassing section a guy had his BMW 3 Series Alpina Steering wheel re trimmed the work was really really good. They arranged collection and delivery of the wheel and are recommended amongst the BMW / Audi community - good people are hard to find but I definitely book marked this one as it was one to remember.

Please keep this updated with how you get on. I've just bought a 182 and the wheel needs doing too.

I've used Royal Steering wheels to do my steering wheel and the result was superb - and less than half the price of Trim mania

Wouldn't it be cheaper getting a second hand one from scrappy?

The leather on my wheel has started to deteriorate and when I saw this thread wondered how much it would be to retrim in leather or perhaps alcantara?

It does, thanks. May I ask if that was leather? Can you choose a stitching colour preference?
