Hi guys I want a pair of bypass pipes made up and fitted to my Boxster exhaust. Does anyone know anyone who can do this reasonably locally and whether they can advise on size of pipe?

Dave Tyler fabricated the exhaust for my Volumex engined Formula27. He makes lots of exhausts for classic F1 cars amongst others. I think these details are current:- Unit 2 Woottonfields Farm, Marlborough Road, Swindon, Wiltshire SN4 7SA Tel: 01793849430 Fax: 01793849430 IIRC he only works in mild steel i.e. not stainless. There is also this company in Slough but I have no experience of them:- http://www.simpsonraceexhausts.com/HTH. Cheers, Pewe.

I am having one made up as we speak at zero exhausts in kent. Been round the houses trying to find someone I felt comfortable with who was affordable and could at least commit to a firm booking time. Won't know what the workmanship is like until I pick the car up but the guy who runs it is the guy who does the work so hopefully its a good job.

Try Richard here : http://www.rabglobal.co.uk/index.htmSay Paul Vine sent you. He may do it, i know exhausts aren't his core work so depends how busy he is i guess. His unit is in Bracknell, or home Farnborough so nice and local.
