SAS Spotted Vol 2
Discussion
Silver S reg DC2, rolling on black ~15", clearly modified motor as it didn't seem much slower than my Kwaka zx9r on the way to work, alongside the M4 down the B3270 and Lower Early way between Reading and Winnersh.
Nice smooth and well paced driving much appreciated view. Asked what power but couldn't make out the answer

2 yes 2 i8's parked in Farnborough train station car park side by side yesterday and today.
They are regulars. Reserved, season ticket 'Premium' parking bays. Their previous cars were a Maserati and a Tesla. The registration plate on the one on the left used to be on the Maserati, which I used to see a lot in the mornings, on it's way to the station. I've not seen the i8 'on the move' yet, though. There's also another i8 (in quite a dull looking dark grey colour) which parks in Winchfield Station car park. They seem pretty popular as station commute cars in this particular area. I didn't like them very much at all, at first, but the blue really suits the car so it's growing on me a bit.
Also cant believe nobody has posted that they spotted my car at the station yet, its not exactly subtle at the moment

I'm a Daily Farnborough commuter too, strange that I'm probably stood shoulder to shoulder with another PHer most mornings and have no idea.

I've done the school run in Farnborough for the last 3 years, only last summer whilst getting back in the car, somebody else from the school (who I'd seen almost everyday) asked who I was on the forum, I'd forgotten about the sticker on the back of the car! Also cant believe nobody has posted that they spotted my car at the station yet, its not exactly subtle at the moment
I've got another one on the back of the 3 series, but I travel Reigate to Camberley now

Out for a walk last night in Walton/Shepperton and spotted a Mclaren MP4 + 675LT in convoy. Then 30 mins later - I saw another convoy of MP4 + 675LT! Different cars, not the same going round the local roads.
This was at 7:30 - 8:30pm - could they have been test drives?
675LT is released on the roads yet. There are a few on trade plates which some of the guys drive to test how they are, quality etc and will then be used as press cars etc by the company. They look great in all colours, but I think napier green is stunningThis was at 7:30 - 8:30pm - could they have been test drives?

They look amazing - so low to the ground too! I also love the exhaust/rear of the car.
