No, defo not Chris. I've not seen him round for a little while now. It was an old chappie and his Mrs. Sadly not close enough to get a good look. I'd have jumped in front of him just to chat to him

Yep - Got it in October and sold the Mazda! I've been meaning to put a new smiley on it for a while, so I drew one on (badly).

I'd read somewhere that you'd sold the Mazda but got confused whether you'd bought a TVR or an Elise.

Yeah - I thought it would be easier to just run one thread for both of the cars. As it happened, we collected them on the same weekend too haha.

As I understand it (and I really am not a technical person!) Serpentine was a variant of the Rover V8. It was meant to be more 'reliable' than the pre-Serpentine blocks that went into earlier Chim's and Griff's. A quick search summary I found suggests that they have a more efficient oil pump, run a better alternator and run at more extreme angles than some carbs (hope that makes some sense!)
