August means Wilton time!

For those who fancy a spirited but sensible convoy over with a sociable, mature group of like-minded enthusiasts, we'll be taking a route of approximately 80 miles starting at 6.30 am somewhere to the west of the M25, ending with breakfast in Wilton town before moving on to Wilton House.

Not been before. How long does it last, is it an all day thing or will a couple of hours there suffice?

This is an excellent day for a kid. Check out the website for a itinerary but their is the usual air display, 100+ supercars parading in, revving their engines and parking up. Then there is the rev-off. This is all childish good fun. There are other static display and some old and new exotica to pour over. You can spend all day there if you wish but will probably have seen all the cars by early afternoon.

To add to edc's comments - there is also a very good adventure playground on site.

I'm usually gone by lunchtime but there is more than enough to keep you entertained for a full day.
