Karting event!

Right, not done this for a while. Please post your names below if you are interested. Can you also put 'weekend' and/or 'weekday' after your name to indicate if you would prefer karting on a weekend or weekday. This may help boost numbers as last time a number of people couldn't make a 6pm start.

The circuit has not been sorted yet but as soon as I have enough interest I'll sort that out. Expect a cost of around £40.00.

Just a heads up if your thinking of using Teamsport in Camberley as they will be closing on 11th May due to the site being redeveloped, not sure where the replacement track will be ready or when it will be ready.

Thanks, I was thinking of it but was also going to look for other options. We may be a bit limited as, iirc there is an electric kart cicuit in Reading, an outdoor (but pricey) one at Sandown and then another Teamsport in Crawley.

Apparantly theres an indoor one open in Basingstoke now.

Sandown park is miles better than any of the indoor venues, it's £50 for 10 min pratice with a 20 min race. Bear in mind that because it's a much bigger track you'll get better/more drive time than the indoor tracks as you don't keep getting yellow and red flags that kills your race time.

Ok, noticed a new track I Basingstoke. Its only been open since July and looks nice, plus the track is very big as you can see. Cost is £40-£45. It's not definate that we'll go here but thought you'd be interested anyway...(video first)
