I'm out eek

But overall a lucky escape I guess!!!

So an afternoon was spent cleaning the family cars, with the Caterham last to be cleaned ready for the meet tomorrow. After much cleaning of the Caterham I decided to check the tyre pressures. As I was unscrewing the valve cap on the rear passenger wheel, there was a POP and the whole inner valve, metal tube and dust cap came away in my hand, leaving the outer rubber tube attached to the wheel and I stood and watched in amazement as the air quickly exited the tyre.

So, that's a problem for tomorrow to sort..

BALLSS!!! Have a good one everyone.

See you all in the morning!

The classics are all tucked up with the roofs up, so I'll probably be in the GolfR.

Thanks for organising mate was a nice little meet, could be a regular thing. Trying to get people closer together would be good, it was quite spread out but still spot on.

Yep, great idea, thanks Phil.

I could only squeeze an hour in, then went over to Brooklands to see my old man whiz round in his MKII Escort.

Some lovely cars on display, the Lambo, Ferrari, TVRs etc. great stuff.

Would struggle to pick out a favourite, but I keep thinking about the orange TVR sagaris! Stunning! The white Porsche with carbon bonnet etc. was a real eye catcher too.

Although, the VX220 with a baby seat in the passengers seat has made me think! Maybe a Z3 Coupe switch to a VX??? The wife will understand!

Thanks for organising this, Phil. It was great to catch up people that I haven't seen in a while and the cars there were lovely.
