I'm just south of Oxfordshire border and used to live in Woodstock. If OP's going to organize a PH meet could I suggest the new new facilities at the Bicester Heritage? http://bicesterheritage.co.uk/

Have no association with them but they have the space and facilities...an interesting site that's getting some good publicity.

I'm in North Oxfordshire, Banbury to be exact and would love to find an excuse to go for a bit of a spin and meet up.
It would be good to start compiling a list of interested people and purely out of interest for us what cars they would be driving.

Anyone got any further suggestions of locations?

A good idea, i'm happy to provide a route for driving if people want. I.e staring somewhere central in Oxfordshire, couple of hours driving, end up somewhere for breakfast or coffee. The ones i've organised in the past tend to be early ish starts on a Sunday to avoid traffic. Maybe a list of car and preferred dates over late January / early Feb. I realise it won't be possible to please all but at least it gives a rough idea. If we go for a drive its probably better to limit number to 10- 12 cars intially in order to keep people together.

Given that we are all slightly spread out across Oxfordshire and neighbouring areas it makes sense as suggested above that we all meet at a Central Oxfordshire location or maybe even just past Oxford in Bicester area?

We could meet in Bicester have a drive through the back roads towards Woodstock, Charlbury, Shipton under wychwood then out to Stow on the wold and stop for coffee/lunch at: http://www.thefeatherednestinn.co.uk/cotswolds-res... decent size car park and good food and drink at this place. Then we could head to Moreton in marsh, chipping camden for a further drive if people fancy it? then finish at a personal favourite of mine:
