Just so all you people who are sad enough to read and believe these pathetic stories that get posted on here... let me fill you in with a bit of truth on this one....

This was no scam as you have stated James, which may I also remind you is a case of slander....

I personally know the driver of the Chrysler which was involved in this incident, and yes it was your wife you went into the back of her car and there was also 3 other people in the Chrysler as well as the driver!!!

Things you need to explain to this forum is how the female driver managed to get your wife's name and phone number???? also the registration of your car??? also explain how your wife offered for you James to repair the Chrysler, as there was minor damage caused so the insurers would not need to be involved?????

However upon this happening I will now tell this forum that when the driver tried contacting your wife she then denied that it was her or her vehicle that was involved and that she had been at home all day!!!! please feel free to state that this was a lie which then makes you also a liar!!!!! Due to this happening the driver of the Chrysler then said that because she denied the incident took place that she would inform the police as she had a registration of the other car involved!!!! 30 mins later, you James then rang the driver back and admitted that it was your wife driving and who had hit the Chrysler and then you admitted liability to the insurers!!!!!???? please explain this???????

Explain to us all when you have come on here stating something with no truth behind it!!!! and please also explain to the forum how it was you and your wife that lied about causing injury and tried cheating someone out of their car being repaired after your wife at fault through crashing into the Chrysler.

I assure this forum the driver was not involved in any scam!!! The wife of James is either blind or also lying about the 3 other pax who did suffer injuries in the Chrysler. James and his wife are trying to lie to and fool to people as they have not owned up to what has been caused. This post has become public through other means such as Facebook which is causing stress on the driver of the Chrysler and her family and the other pax in the car.

James just to let you know, as the insurers know you have already admitted liability, I am sure that they would be interested in this post. I am pretty sure the police would also take an avid interest in this, as it is an act of slander on the character of the Chrysler driver. Feel free to delete this post as I have already screen shot it, so if she wishes to pursue you on the matter then the evidence is there for the police.

Be careful who you talk about in open forum's James as you never know who can see!!!!!

Spooky, a Chrysler with four people in it crashed into me under exactly the same circumstances. Coincidence? scratchchin
I was in a silver Chrysler with four people on Saturday, it was being driven by Eduardo

Does that help?
Did you crash into me then come on a forum and start swearing? If so, yes...

Being a simple chap, I'm not familiar with the eloquence that Mr. BS has put the the claimants case forward. Did I miss the bit that explained why somebody would suddenly stop on a roundabout, and why it's necessary to stop to put windscreen wipers on anyway?

..............................and ultimately the fact of the matter is his wife crashed into my family members car so it is her fault by the letter of the law!!!!
Well Mr know all, it's not actually 'the letter of the law'. I ran into the back of a car which stopped for crash for cash no good reason and my insurance said 'my fault' even though it wasn't. In the end they didn't pay out to the other driver as luckily for me there was an independent witness who stated that the poor driving of the car in front caused the crash. They ended up lucky they didn't get prosecuted for 'driving without due care and attention', which sounds very similar to your friend/acquaintance/relative/internet buddy/somebody you don't know at all.(delete as appropriate )

My Fiat is silver and Chrysler and Fiat are now in bed together.

I doubt it's ever carried 4 people though as it only has 2 seats.

I don't stop to turn wipers on either, just so everyone knows.

If it's a soft top - then surely 3 could stand up in the passenger seat.

I was in two minds as to whether to reply to this, but here goes.

I have no idea where ISmellSomeBS gets his/her facts from - I will agree that my wife offered her contact details to the driver of the Chrysler at the time, to see if this should or shouldn't go through insurance, as it was such a low speed bump that it seemed that only our car had damage as the Chrysler had a tow bar fitted. The collision happened at less than 5 miles an hour.

When my wife spoke to me about it, I told her to call the insurance company immediately as the reasons for the crash seemed very unreasonable - who stops on a roundabout to put on their wipers? We did not have the details of the Chrysler driver, so up until Thursday when we had a call from our insurers to tell us that there had been a claim, we assumed that nothing had come of it. Our insurance company were told about it within about 2 hours of the accident, so why would we lie about not having been there?

IF there were indeed passengers in the Chrysler, why did none of them get out of the car at the time of the accident, as that would have been normal behaviour, even if only to see what damage had been caused. Nor did the driver go back to the Chrysler to check if the occupants were okay - which again would have been normal behaviour.

I think ISemllSomeBS has a very appropriate username, and it's all coming from him/her.

Surely for it to be slander, then the person mentioned would need to be identifiable. How is this person individually identifiable???

That is a total fabrication - we had no contact from the driver of the Chrysler, nor the police. I also have no contact details for the driver of the Chrysler, so it would have been impossible for me to call them.

As a friend of the Chrysler driver, can you ask why she stopped on the roundabout to put on her wipers, when it had been raining quite heavily for the previous 30 minutes?

Yeah, I realise it's half term week - and I really shouldn't feed the troll!

To warn people that there appeared to be "cash for crash" people operating locally driving a Chrysler Voyager?

Ah, sorry, thought you were trying to stir it up and find the other driver!
