where to move with train links and good primary schools

I'm looking to move down from North Birmingham to the Surrey area to be near the in-laws and have a 4 year old boy due to start reception this year and a 6 month old who will need a nursery place next spring. The in-laws live in Ewell and whilst it would be lovely to be very close to them, a house of similar size to the one I currently own would be £200,000 more expensive Does anyone live in the vicinity who can give me some guidance of where I should be looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house somewhere around the £350,000 mark with access to London, (train or cycle) decent primary schools and not too far from Ewell. Any advice around which primary schools I should be looking at would be greatfully appreciated.
