LOL, interesting that the cars were not locked, stops the alarms going off I suppose.

I bet they wont have that 'new car smell' any more smile

I wonder if the people who ordered the cars, that had been "travelled" in, will get a discount on the retail price now hehe

The cars are slapped in "Transit mode" which normally entails a transponder of some kind within the car which acts like a keyless, err...key...which keeps the car (drivers door, probably) unlocked and, as you say, the alarm off. Makes for considerably easier movement throughout the supply chain.
