Recommendation for bodywork / panel beating SAS

Looking for a recommendation for a good ol' fashioned panel beater in the SAS area. Someone who can make up some small repair panels, cut out and make good rust patches as well as weld in a couple of new sills. I won't go on as the more I type, the more the imaginary bill mounts up. Don't mind if it's a decent size company or a one man band. Thanks in advance for any pointers.
