Shame the box didn't work
I was having a chat with a police officer that pulled me over one night near Brooklands recently and he was saying they run S3's now? I have a Focus ST3 and we were just chatting about it and cars etc. Saying they used to have Focus ST's. I was asking about all the unmarked cars with blue lights as there are 100's of them apparently they are ambulance responder - I wasn't sure.

I used to love the ST's we had, the 1st one was basic, no traction control etc Just putting that out there.....
The only other one I've enjoyed driving as much, was the M135i, but that's gone too
The new ST was such a disappointment

Really? I love mine. Unrefined as hell, twitchy. Dire on fuel. Thats the 250hp 4 banger, 2014 model. Have to drive it about with everything turned off and its much better. But ive had loads of fun in mine. Maybe because I expected it to be so poor it outdid expectation.The only other one I've enjoyed driving as much, was the M135i, but that's gone too

Put your foot down and the front drifts and pulls all over the shop! Great round bends, but as soon as you accelerate it is a nightmare (don't even bother in the wet)The seats were too cramped for all out kit and the driving position want great.
The old ST was great, it just went where you wanted it to, sounded lovely and was so easy to drive
