These "Roundabout Drifters" in Fleet & Farnborough..
Discussion
I had a run-in with one such "oik" today on Yateley Common.
There I was, happily cycling up a bridleway when the chavvy little toe-rag came hurtling along on an unplated dirt bike. Scarf over his face and his head protected by nowt but a hood. I very nearly got spat out into the undergrowth, but what annoyed me most was he was heading straight for a group of three mums pushing buggies, with loose toddlers in tow.
I very rarely wish harm on another person, but this idiot? An unplanned interface with an Oak tree would have been too good for him. I hope he goes on to have a long and painful relationship with an orthopedic surgeon. He deserves it...

Haven't seen much of the drifters recently, but the new plague seems to be badly driven scooters by 16 year old oiks in the Fleet area. No doubt the cold wet roads will reduce their confidence a bit at some point.
Yup lots round Farnborough... They ride around in 'gangs' of six or seven bikes, all throttles fully open, weaving in and out of traffic. Dr Interceptor said:

Drifters have been making regular, albeit brief, appearances over the past week.
My house over looks the Peter Driver football field and I have been walking the dog (not a euphemism, honestly, walking the dog!) in the field at about 10/1030 every night as he's an old boy and it saves a 4am trip in to the garden for him..
Anyway..
The roundabout just up from Vertu, and the "new" roundabout in to Quetta Park/the new housing development seems to be the choice. A particularly battered old 3 Series was the culprit a couple of times.. But my god it went like stink
They seem to do a few circuits of that road then off..
Cheers

PS - Never realised how many of us in Fleet/Church Crookham there are
