Financial adviser recommendations?

Hey,

I need to chat to an adviser to see if there is any way of re-mortgaging to release equity or take a bridging loan to facilitate a purchase before we market our house.

Therefore im after a tried and tested local IFA we can sit down with and discuss various options.

Im not after a mortgage broker, or a high street bank adviser, and im happy to pay for their time if need be.
