A329M, M4 junction, what's happening?

Been a lot in the media and on Facebook about the problems caused by the new road layout.
I noticed some new signage has appeared overnight, as I join the M4 Westbound from Backnell, I do not see the whole junction, has anything changed / or look like it's going to be changed?

I did exactly the same route about 45 minutes ago. The only change I can see is that from about 1/2 mile before the junction for M4 Westbound, the left lane is for M4 only. I assume it's remains like this until you pass the junction for M4 Eastbound, after which it returns to both lanes for the A329M.

I use that road quite a lot driving van & HGV
Seems to work and stop some of the last chancers cutting in and causing people behind
to slam on the brakes.

Am sure a Camera could be developed to flag these idiots for 3 stars.
