Decent Builder near Reigate/Dorking

Tried two builders so far, neither interested. Recommendations welcome, thank you:

Install steels in an existing barn to make a quadruple garage. Structural calcs/drawings already prepared.

Have a few people in mind...Have 2 PH'er friends that are in the building trade, & have another chap that will probably be ideal as he's just erected a substantial amount of steel at my storage facility in Redhill.
